YMMV.. I did mine expecting a whole new driving experience and didn't. Guess my stockers were still fine at the time. It is time consuming, you'll go thru your whole list of curses. Not difficult, just tight spacing to get the variety of tools needed to get the old ones out, the new ones in and the rack remounted.
Careful on the part numbers too.. the main issue that is talked about is the thickness of the "D" bushing where it rests against the frame. They look the same, but you'll have a bitch of a time getting it bolted back up if/when that part of the bushing is slightly thicker than the "correct" part number.
My experience goes along with several others.. Wheelers are hit/miss, suspension.com is correct every time (it was for Spindleshanks, Ike and me as well as others in various threads). There's talk about red vs. black, but turns out it wasn't the color, but the part number.
I'm outside your window watching you read this.
