mmmmm bondo

well i spent a few hours today getting all my rocker panel dents out and bondoing everything. i ordered the durabak today too. my question is???? should i rough up the bondo before i put everything on? right now its kinda smooth. but i dont want to have it be too smooth for everything to stick to it

dumbass we discussed this, lol. but yah scuff it lightly with some 220, dont go overboard or youll see it even through the durabak. lmao almost forgot you missed some funny shit today at work, including a 2008 (yes i said 2008) Ford F-250 dually (again i did say 2008 F-250 dually) that was passsing thru with its manufacturer "camo".

only 220????? eh im going to primer the shit and keep working on it then..... it looks worse than it did before lmao. mostly since its down to sheet metal with bondo on it. i got the back looking like the other side..... but the lower rocker is PITA. i think im going to call it good on that one and leave it as it is..... im bound to hit some of this shit again anyways

????? dude d-bak is just like herculiner lol. its pretty thick so it will cover up sanding marks..... im not going past 150. the x-tra cab portion isn't perfect but it doesn't look all crinkled any more. the back is almost perfect though....
