Larger bump stops

Well now that I have larger tires with a 3" lift and 2" body, I rub at full compression and relize that I am going to need larger bump stops in the front. Does anyone even make these or am I going to have to fab one my self? The main problem is that it rubs on the windsheild wiper fluid resovoir.

Not sure if anyone makes them specific for Taco's!?! Most any 4x4 reatail shop will have tons to choose from.
Do you wheel a lot? IMO, keep the little bit of wheel travel you have and ditch the stock box for a smaller unit. You can pick up universal washer box at most any autoparts store. I replaced mine with a stock Geo Metro box [$5 at a junk yard] and mounted it on the pass fender skirt near the firewall. Had to chop the long filler neck and find a new way to cap it off but, it works great! If you do go that route, make sure the new box has an internal pump or you will have to run a sep inline one. Anyway, just an idea

Got milk

Not exactly a Metro bottle but with some rtv it works great!

And no my filter does not suck anymore dirt than the stupid stock box. It may be hotter than normal, but hell they were running under the hoods of many trucks before mine.

A few shots
Lost my cap which was a random rubber vac. style nipple I had laying around to cap off the tank. With a little more time you could cut/glue the org Metro lip and cap back into place for an OEM working whatever

Edit- Pretty sure I didnt even have to drill any new holes for the mounting... Was some 4-5 year ago I did this mod so ???

I keep checking on my cone, it has not given me any problems other than before i had the splash gaurd on, it got soaked once up at St vrain.

But my stock box was a joke. I opened it up a few times and had dirt more than half way up the filter, once in the rain it was about 2" of mud in the box.

Yap, some high flowing shit into a "hemi", sorta speak. [Stock MAF on my huge 2.7.] After finding dust on the inside of my chit flower tube a time or two, I converted back to the stock box with a Amsoil Oil filter. Pulled the box to inner fender tube off of so it doesnt suck up all the shit I toss...
