Since it was down south last time, up north or somewhere near the Denver Metro seems appropriate.

Assuming that I can even go, I vote for Denverish area, but hey majority rules.

I keep meaning to suggest Racine's in Denver. Central, has lots of parking, better-than-average, but not too expensive food/bar.

I'm gonna definitely try and make this. Ate at Racine's for the first time yesterday, great food great atmosphere.
