Here is a post to go along with my vote from yesterday... I choose Rocky Gap, since I have missed the last 3 or 4 times due to bad judgement on my part.

Doesn't matter to me. I had another vote for Burro Wash this morning from Rich (Brett's apprentice). Thought that the BBQ/swimming thing would be cool!
It doesn't matter to me, I can't afford any of them!! So, one over another....it's all good...

I was thinking about it, would have to be a closer run though, don't want to spend to much on gas! I'd love to go to the mountains, I don't think I've ever been out there with you guys.

For me it's decision as to what to drive or if to go. Rocky Gap probably equals Jeep, Burro wash probably equals 4Runner and NY Mountains means me stay home

You've been on Rocky Gap with us!!
And start time will be the same as always, meet around 9:30, leave for the trail @ 10:00 am.
Have you done Burro Wash with us before?? It's a fun trip, and there's water!!! I bring a shade tent, set it up in the water, and we can swim and BBQ, etc.... It's really the closest and uses the least amount of gas.

I think I'm going to hold off for the Mojave until the last weekend of the month. I'll make it a pre-run for my Toyota120 Mojave Road trip!!

So....what do guys want to do? We just ran Rocky Gap a couple of weeks ago.....why don't we run down Burro Wash and BBQ, swim, fish....and generally hang out and enjoy the day???

It's supposed to be great weather this weekend, not very hot at all!!!
Plus......the water is always nice and cool there!!
We almost always see Big Horns and other wild life.... that makes a nice trip!!!

Bring your swim suits....rafts......sunscreen...chairs...etc.... I have a big shade tent also!!!

I am not sure we will be there... It depends on how my girlfriend is feeling on Sunday. Her father passed away Tuesday and we are trying to get everything taken care of.

But at least on the brightside at least I am not missing Rocky Gap road again.
