255/85/16 on a 2017 TRD PRO Tacoma??

These Goodyears are killing me, great on the highway but not so great anywhere else here in Florida. Thinking about switching. My question is will the 255/85/16 fit with the Fox pro suspension? Thanks for any help or guidance guys?

It shouldn't matter very much to the shocks. Do you have any idea how much suspension travel your Pro has?

I have been trying to get some measurements and I also called fox since there really isn't any info on the set up toyota put on the truck. This week I am going to try again to measure up suspension travel

I've been using BFG MT2 255/85r16 on stock 16" alloy wheels on my 2006 Tacoma for 10 years without a problem. Note that it does not matter what your front lift (if any) is because rubbing happens when the suspension is fully compressed (AKA full stuff). My tires rub very slightly on the upper control arm (UCA) at full turn and full stuff.

Thanks my 04 Tacoma had them but it was lifted and on stock wheels. I purchased 265/75/16 ko2 for now and they will do just fine until the suspension changes down the road

You will be fine with the 265/75R16's. I completely flexed my suspension on my 2017 with them and checked both sides at full turn. No issues at all.
