Truss Buster 5/3/08

Ran a trail we opened last year called TrussBuster with some friends. Here are a couple pics...pretty uneventful with zero carnage except an alternator on Barry's buggy (seems to be a trend recently).
We took the scenic route to get to the trail...

Sy was slightly confused on which way to go....

And how long did it take you to get to the first trail??? I'm sorry, I'm a little jaded, TM and BB are both less than a half hour door to door for me, so I may be just a touch spoiled! I have usually run a couple of trails in less time than it takes to get to the first trail head at FJ.

Farging Geaps! I usually stay away from trails that are heavily populated (easy)! And always remember boys and girls, the number one rule of trail etiquette is that if you are slower than the group behind you, expect to have at least a small portion of your rig used for "traction enhancement" at some point.

You'd have loved the non-etiquette having ass-hats in front of us then............ they got lapped NASCAR/Baja style! I don't think they could believe their eyes honestly!

We easily covered more ground in the last 3 minutes of that run than the first 15.
