We tried to make it to a trail called Chavez Draw Trail, but never found it. We were awfully close however. I think if we went a few more miles further we would have nailed it. We ended up playing on the West side of 87 north of Clints Well about 8-12 miles. Lots of snow. Some spots were 15-18" deep. We found a huge open field that looked like a vegitation dump area and they bladed it smooth. We ended our run that day doing donuts and high speed drifting in about 12" of fresh, unmollested powder. GREAT, GREAT fun. I definately got my fix!

Thanks to all who joined us. Chris and Heather, good to finally meet you guys. Jake, get your junk fixed already will ya!

The rest of you bone heads...fun as always, Thanks!
Nate

Cool

I knew I should have blown off Josh's truck and went with you guys. I love the snow, (except for that whole cold, freeze your ass off part). Grumpy - I almost didn't recognize your truck - you know not being in the garage and all.

you've seen it out of the garage before, just not out of the yard!!!LOL

you are correct, you should have blown off Josh's truck and gone. I'd go again after folks leave.

If you are talking to me then yes, you filmed the first part, but then you forgot to turn off the camera and I got a nice shot of your nostrils and you grunting on some food. Then you just walked aroung for a minute or so with the camera on filming nothing. Silly old man!

I am ready to plan another snow trip. Lets keep an eye on the snow reports and head up there again when they get a substantila amount again.

It's supposed to rain in Phoenix tomorrow which means there should be more snow up north this weekend.
