White Tanks 1-26-08

Well our run at the WT went quite well, with some carnage for some including me.We were having technical difficulties(fuel pump/ecm fuses kept burning out on Carvers rig) somewhere in the middle of Land Slide so that took most of the day to fix,so most bailed afterwards.Larry and I ended running Oreo. And for the first time, I was able to make the last fall.I dont know if anybody on here has ever seen it but it is a huge bitch So it felt really good overcoming that obstical

Nate gettin spotted by good ol Grumpy

Thanx alot Grumps

And finally Oreo.Pictures never do justice

Well, I am glad to hear your trip turned out well. I am on the list for the next run out there. Give me a few weeks to figure out how I am going to fix my junk and I will be ready again.

Lets do that again.

What happens when you announce "I am so happy to be out wheeling again" on the radio?

It is good not to short circuit the O2 sensor into the body.

Normally you wouldn't think that would be considered a jinx, but apparently it is, so don't even think it. Nice pics. Also, it was a pleasure wheeling with you guys, even though it was short lived.

No, we had to hit the road. We had a great time and would have loved to hit Oreo, but Scott had dinner plans that he could not get out of.

What happened to that weather forecast? Sunday's Sunflower mine run looked a little soggy and we had a beautiful, dry day!

Those guys should be used to the wrong end of a winch cable! I had a great time. Let Jim and I know when you want to go out again. I am putting my new rear axle housing in this week and into the weekend and then I will be ready for a off road test. Note to MSO: it will be all off road!

Did anyone run into the drunk idiot on the radio? I was kinda happy our CB fuse was blown.

They were down at the bottom of the exit from Landslide. Part of the group was stuck near the entrance to decapitator so Jim and I didn't do it like we planned.

Yes, he tried to buddy up with me when I got to the exit at the top of the hill. He was drinking out of bottles to boot. What an idiot. I just turned around in the middle of his sentence, got in my truck and left. Kinda think that happens to him a lot.
