Table Mesa 2/17/08

Well, we met up and did a little wheeling yesterday. We started on Collateral Damage, then hit Anaconda. Ran into a group having some issues on Anaconda so we decided to turn around and run LT. Ran through there quick and played around on the two optional obstacles for awhile at the end. Went back over to Anaconda and ran trouble free until the half way point. We had a couple of tire issues at that point and decided to call it a day. Good times for all and it was great meeting those of you I did not know before!

Good stuff guys. I see Larry made it out. Tire issues usually equals everyone NOT running Krawlers or Creepys Couple questions. Did Larry make the 1st fall on CD2? In the 4th pic from the bottom of Uriel, is he running that crack at the beginning of LT before Anaconda? And did he make it?

Yes, Larry made the left line! Actually made it look really easy. Yes, we were running that line on LT, it is filled in with alot of sand now, you just straddle it and drive!

Right on I was gonna say, if it looked like it did when we ran LT in December then you guys have balls, big balls. Got any pics from below of how much it's filled in? I'm gonna have to live off your guy's pics till AZRocks I think. Got every weekend till then having something to do with family or my friends wedding(rehearsal, bachelor party, actual wedding, yadda yadda), and one more dunes trip this season. I'm itchin to get out on the rocks though!

Edit: The pic of Kaistie in the chute before the fall on Anaconda, is that a ton of rock stacking there? Doesn't look like it's there anymore in the pic of him going up the fall.

Need to get WAY higher on the driver's side wall with both axles First time I tried those lines when it was dry and had to winch. Last time is was wet like that and crawled it first try.

Are you referring to the huge crack to the left of me where water runs through?Cause if you are I dont even think Larry thought about trying it and he always ends up doing some very interesting lines.I dont even think it is possible.

Yea, it might be a problem to fall in that one! Larry did do the left line on the first waterfall on the top portion of CD though. I tried a couple times but had to reverse out to avoid backward rolls...water is going back in the tires this week!
