So I got lucky and found my baby. Here she is, and in relatively good shape. 1978 Ford HP King Pin D60 with 4.10 gears. Just need to go get the FF14, wheels and tires and I am set. I have (6) 35" MTR's if anyone is interested. 35x12.5x15 with wheelers black wheels.

I may make it to AZ Rocks yet!!!!!

Well I got it today and the guy misrepresented the condition. He said excellent condition and it is in shitty condition. Everything needs to be replace from the inner C out. I really don't mind, but he shouldn't have said "Excellent Condition". I would have bought it anyway. Well, looks like I will be down longer than I thought.

I needed the cash to buy the 60...kinda had to. Plus I didn't want to damage the 44 to the point where I would have to drop a ton of $$ into it to sell it. I figured I would get out while the getting was good.

Josh, the tires and wheels are sold, sorry.

I saw a 14 bolt with locker (detroit I think) for $700 on Craigs list the other day. I think the guy had spare parts for it too.

Stroke, I saw that same 14 and sent him an email. I think he was in Scottsdale. I haven't had any luck with Craigs list. I have sent probably 10 emails for different items I was looking for and never once got a reply. I saw that he had a number so I will call him tomorrow. That would be a good deal with a detroit installed.

And to the rest of you jokers...never underestimate the wheeling capabilities of a civic. Drunk+young+stupid+civic+dark desert dirt road=lots of fun!! Needless to say she never called me back.
