Hunsaker Seats!!!!!

Okay guys! I just ordered a set of these seats for myself

I have arranged a club discount from the company to order seats from the same place.

I will have details at the meeting on Sunday, but for the ones that I have discussed this deal with in the past…the guy I have been dealing with has been true to his word. I got the discount that has been discussed plus shipping.

There is a certain method of ordering theses seats so don't just go off and try to order with out talking to me first. Otherwise you will be paying full price.

and BTW! the standard price for these seats is great to begin with, as their full price of $340 is for a SET (2) seats, not just one seat, which is about 1/2 the cost of recaro (sp?) or mastercraft seats.

Ron86toy has a set that I am sure he would not mind critiquing for you if you asked. I know he answered questions for me before I ordered. (but Ron I opted for the vinyl against your recommendation only because in talking to the manufacture, they said the vinyl will last about 2 times as long as the cloth seats. AND they are in development currently for seat covers that will help with your only concern. )

so again, if you need/want seats for your rig, this is the meeting you need to attend! I won't be doing the ordering for you, but I will have the contact information on hand.

I am pretty stoked about finally ordering my set! my $22 Celica seats have done me well, but I am tired of the frame bruising my thigh on the trail!

So where are the photos? I would like to see your rig. I have been wanting to build a two seater forumla T but I need to finish some other projects first. I should be ready to start in about 10 years.

As Hagan said, my selection on the seats happened to be the one's they were out of, so I haven't gotten them yet.

But there was a memeber in Arizona that ordered some recently that I helped with the communication between him and Hunsaker. He was really excited when the seats arrived.

I am guessing my seats should be here after the 18th (at the earliest) I am hoping ot install them at the WAT on the 20th

Bear that rig has really only seen less than 12 trailrides. One of the clubs I am in is mostly buggies and pretty built rigs.

I dont have that little voice in my head that tells me full bodied trucks cant follow buggies....wish i did I would still have a nice truck AND a seperate buggy.

Wow, there really isn't much else to say... Very nice write up!

We may have to sticky this in the Tech folder, I'll leave that up to Bear or Brinner.
