Maintenance Parts Preference

I'm looking to get everyone's preferences or recommendations on typical maintenance parts. I've looked through the threads and found some useful info, but it's somewhat sporadic. I just picked up my 01 Taco and am going to go through everything on it. I'm leaning towards Amsoil severe gear 75-w90 for my diffs and transfer case and Redline mt-90 for my transmission. Everything else is ip in the air. Im inclined to assume that some things like belts or fuel filters don't vary significantly between brand, but I'm open to your opinions. Here are the things I'm interested in atm.

1. Gear oil
2. Manual transmission oil
3. Transfer case oil
4. Engine oil
5. Oil filter
6. Fuel filter
7. Air filter
8. Brake pads
9. Spark plugs
10. Belts
11. Anything I'm missing?

Thanks in advance

1. Any standard dino oil, 80W-90
2. Redline MT90
3. Redline MT90
4. Castrol/Chevron/etc dino 10W-30
5. OEM, Purolator or Purolator gold
6. OEM
7. Any reusable filter other than K&N, or standard paper (not Fram)
8. EBC Greens or OEM. No Wagner.
9. Denso
10. Dayco or Continental

Don't forget to replace the PCV and if you are doing a 60k service, you should also flush the coolant and brake fluid. Also replace the upper and lower coolant hoses at 100-150k if it hasn't been done. Cheap insurance from getting stranded.

1. Amsoil. If wheeling, 80w90
2. Amsoil 75w90
3. Amsoil 75w90
4. Mobil 1 5w30
5. Mobil 1 m1-209. This is a bigger filter than stock but fits the 3.4s beautifully. Makes it also so your truck takes exactly 6 qts of oil.
6. Oem or denso
7. Oem but i run an aftermarket intake. If i didnt id run a stock one.
8. The stock toyota ones are hard to beat.
9. Denso or ngk twin electrode. No platinum or anything fancy, it will run worse!
10. Mitsuboshi (oem)
11. Not on the list, but brake fluid as well as clutch fluid. Just run a good dot4 and change it yearly.

Also note the above motor wise is for a 3.4
