Suspension choice help

Hey guys. New to the forum thing. Figured this would be a good place to ask some knowledgeable people about which lift to buy. I have it narrowed down between two kits but I'm not sure what the pros/cons would be or if anyone has had either and liked or disliked things about them. Thanks in advance for any positive input.

Option 1: http://allprooffroad.com/shop/1995-2004-all-pro-pro-suspension-kit/

Option 2: http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Ultimate-Tacoma-lift-with-Bilstein-shocks_p_394.html#

Notenot sure if it will show the options I have selected on the websites but I have chosen from Allpro 650# springs, their leaf pack, and their uca's. - total of $2144. And from Toytec the 650#coils, Dakar leaf pack and Light Racing uca's- total of $2086

I use Light Racing control arms and love them. (FJC) The amount of adjustment allows for 35's simply and they don't squeak like uniballs. Not a fan at all of Bilsteins. Not rebuildable and they tend to bend and break when abused

What rig is this for? Anyway, The May/June 4WD Toyota Owner magazine features an IFS lift guide. This may help you as well...

it all depends on what you want to do with the truck and your ultimate goals with the truck. if you are looking for a very nice everyday ride with a bit of lift and some offroad presence you can spend lots of money right off the bat or go a less expensive route. my first lift was an Old Man Emu lift coils and struts in the front, their 2.5" leaf springs in the rear and some shocks. it was cool and worked everyday on the road and once a month on the trails. it's all gone now for a solid axle swap. that's why I say "try" to determine the ultimate goal before you spend money over and over again. but, yeah, the latest 4wd Toyota magazine has a great article. good luck!
