Do not do a 3 link type bar above the d-shaft. The two link bars I have heard work for some, but I wouldn't suggest it. If you do a 3-link above the d-shaft and put a shackle at the front mounting point, the bar wont do anything at all, so don't try. Do a 3 link type deal like Zac's, make sure one is above the d-shaft, and one below it. and the front needs to be mounted on a 3-4" long shackle. The two rear mounts can be bushings or heims, and the front needs to be a heim that has a fair amount of travel in it, or if the threads are loose, you can just let it spin in the threads when it flexes.
I have some large heim joints that will work for the back two points, and could for the front one if you let it spin in the threads. They are used, but in good condition, and PLENTY beefy for a traction bar.
Hope this helps.
