Built 1986 Toyota PickUp

1986 Toyota P/U 4x4. This is no ordinary truck. This truck was built to off road through mud, rocks, almost anything. It has a Chevrolet 4.3L mated to a 700R4 transmission stuffed into it when I bought it with a 3" body lift. I have spent lots of money and time into making this truck what it is today, but I have lost interest in it as well as I really do not have the time to take it out. It has been just over 2 years since the trucks has been built and it has only been in a couple of minor mud fields. I am asking well below what I have invested into the truck. Asking $7500 firm. Serious buyers only.

Here is the list of parts that I have installed in the truck to make it what it is today.
Solid axle swap out of a 1984 Pickup with a Trail Gear IFS Eliminator 3"HD Kit
Rebuilt the Front Axle assembly and installed 4.88 Trail Creeper Gears and Birfield 30 spline chromoly axles
Rear Disc Conversion with an adjustable rear brake proportion valve
TrailGear Assembled 3rd Member with 4.88 gears and ARB Air Locker
ARB Air Compressor
4.7:1 Marlin Crawlbox with twin stick conversion
AllPro Offroad Transfer Case Mounted Disc Parking Brake Kit
Custom Front and Rear Driveshafts from Driveshaft Specialist
15x10 ProComp 69 series wheels with 35x12.50x15 BFG MT T/A
Rock Sliders
Custom Tube Doors (not currently installed or pictured, but will come with truck)
Removed old fuel tank and had it cleaned out and repainted and installed new fuel pump
New distributor
I'm sure I might be forgetting a few minor other items. This truck was built to go over or through almost anything. I have probably put about 100 miles on it since it was built. I have almost all my receipts I will give to buyer. It runs very good and motor is strong, almost too strong for the vehicle. Everything I have ordered for the motor has been for an 89 4.3L and it has fit.

Now the bad. Since the truck has been sitting for a while it has developed a leak at the right front axle seal. I don't think this will cause any problems in the short term. Radio is not working, I think it is a blown fuse. Since the truck has had the 4.3L conversion it is a wiring mess. Speedometer is actually correct according to GPS Speedo app on my phone. It has an aftermarket tach and temp gauge installed from the conversion. Fuel Gauge does not work.

This truck was not built to be a daily driver, but it could be with more TLC.

Questions:
Why are you selling it?
I can't justify owning it anymore nor do I have the time to appreciate it for what it is. Someone else needs to appreciate it for what it is : awesome mechanical artistry.

What's wrong with it?
Already answered above.

Does the 4wd work?
Hell yes it does!!!

Will you sell me parts off of it?
No, I'm not in the salvage business, Buy the truck, Love the truck, Give the truck a home.

Will you take [insert ridiculously stupid low number here]?
No, if I wanted [ridiculously stupid low number] I would have asked for it. Want a cheap car? Get your kid that lowered tuner piece of shit project down the road. I think I'm pretty cheap for this bad mofo.

Can you deliver?
No, come look at it. Look it over. Let's have a beer.

Will you ship to - ?
No, see above.

Will you take a check, Western Union Transfer, PayPal, Nigerian Promissory Note?
Would you like a ball pein hammer to the forehead?
No, I take cash. Period. Bring cash or don't show.

No, really all I have is [ridiculously stupid low number]?
That's great, I don't care. Welfare ain't running this deal. I want $7500

Why did you build the truck?
Because I wanted to have fun and do stupid shit. I wanted to crawl rocks, go offroad, go mudding, etc.

Serious inquires only. Asking $7500 Firm!!! Any other questions, feel free to reply to this.
