Meatballs anyone?

Some guy at work said I should put a set of "meatballs" on my truck. I had no idea what he was talking about. Anyone know how to relate a "meatball" to a tire?

2009 4x4 Access Cab, TRD Off-Road, 5-speed Auto

maybe big,round,lumpy tread? compared to stock like tire?
