Is This Price to High?

Hey Guys New to the Site Here.
I am going to Trade Vehicles today For a 2003 Tacoma Xtra Cab.
3.4L V6, 6" Fabtec Lift, 33 Tires, 15" Wheels, Automatic, TRD Package.
Lift Was Installed By Toyota, 26,000 Miles
He is Selling For 21,500.00. Is this about right on or To Much to Pay?
Any info would Help. Thanks

Actually since the mileage is so low it's about right. I Kelly Blue Booked it and it came out to be about 21,700. If you're willing to spend that much money it's not a bad starting point but I'm sure there are some better deals out there.

Thanks for the info.
I Have been shopping Foar While and there are better deals out there. But that is for Stock. It is Funny I just had a Dealer Call me in the same area and He has the same truck without the lift and tires for 22,995 With 44,000.00 miles on it
Now I think that is a bit much.
Thanks agian

Yeah that's pretty pricey if you ask me. I got my Taco for about 11k. It was a 2000 with about 70k on it.

Are you sure the wheels are 15" and not 16". If its a 4X4 then that is a good price, if not then its too high.

For a couple different reasons, I would say it was a street queen in it's former life, but just to be safe, I would crawl up underneath the truck and have a look around. If it's been wheeled, I wouldn't pay that much.

Any time you buy a modifed rig you need to take a few things into consideration:

-What was the previous owner doing with the vehicle?
-What kind of owner was he (half assed 10k mile oil change guy vs. someone with common sense)?
-Are you willing to put the time and effort into learning about and getting to understand the modifactions that he made to the vehicle? (Buying a lifted truck is ok in one sense, but will you know or be able to learn how to fix it later on down the road after not doing any of the work yourself)

Tenntaco is right. With anything modified, you should just believe the speculation that he has had his "fun" with this truck. Check the oil, check how clean his exhaust manifold is, check for any mud/grime up under the boots of his shocks, check for sand around the door seals. Anywhere and everywhere..

And yes, the price is just right (depending on condition). I paid 21,000 for my 03' and it only had 11,500 miles on it.
