Hi-Lift Jack options

Hey guys I was wondering if some one has had the Surco roof rack? I have one on my snug top camper shell and I was wondering if the rack is strong enought to hold a high-lift jack? I know the weight listed for the rack is around #250, but the jack will be on one side and I think the fiber glass on the topper will hold, but I just wanted to be sure. By the way I will be using the jack mounting kit supplied by Hi-lift not the pricey Surco one.

Thanks,
Ben
