Billy, it is possible to change just the bearing in the pulley but I do not have the bearing #. Perhaps "Janster" will chime in with the #. But first, next cold morning, go out and "paint" the belts with belt dressing or WD40 and fire it up. If the squeal is gone it's not the ac idler. I might add, if you need the idler, get one and re-bearing the old one for a spare. If you do lots of mud or water crossings you will need it.
And yes, lower pass side. At your mileage assuming no submersion I would bet it is the belts/belt tension.
I dug up the bearing #, from back when I printed out usefull stuff from the board every day. On 4/17/01 Janster posted to me, #NSK 6301 DU2 (this is not a Toyota pt#). If you go this route, confirm that the 01 is the same as the 04, it should be. Any bearing place like "House of Bearings" should have it. I might add that you should be about due for belts anyway. Mine never "looked" bad but they sure made noise. Also they seem to need to be tighter than you might think to run quiet.
