Is there anyone close to or in HS that would take a gander at a truck for me? I found a Taco I'm thinking about buying and would like someone to one-over it before I drive 5 hours to come look at it. Just look at the basics, condition of interior, exterior, under the hood, under the truck, how it drives, if it looks like its been taken care of, etc.....

i thought i replied back to this last night... i remember typing, but must not have posted it. Which truck are you looking at? they have a couple of tacomas on the lot, usually. Don't get your hopes up too much on it though. That guy's stuff is usually pretty ragged out..

I had a local 4wd shop look at it today... the seemed to think its was a pretty stand-up truck, but I wouldnt mind a second opinion. its the 05 double cab tacoma with the TRD sport package. let me know what daniel thinks, and tell him thanks!!!

Well.. Daniel stopped by there earlier today, but the truck wasn't there. I'm not sure where exactly it went to, but he didn't see it on the lot. I don't know what else to tell ya, i guess....

I ended up buying it :) I went and looked at it today, and really liked it, so now its in the driveway. However I really now need to sell my tow rig and 4runner.... I'm offering 2% commission to anyone that sells either.
