I already got the springs now i need to decide how I am going to mount them. I can't decide if I want to take all the time to fab my own mounts, or just break down and buy the $120 kit from sky. Did you do the chevy leaf swap on yours 81yoterboy?

i have all that at my shop too, but still spend the little money on the hangers... build your own shackles, just order the front hangers and the shackles hangers and you will be happy for not the whole $120 price tag...

It's impossible, there is no way it can be done...... They're actually pretty easy to make, just grab some metal and try it.

sky has the shackle hangers... i never said it was hard to make any of it... take a piece of 3" square tubing and cut two pieces 4" long and then cut one side off and angle cut it so it will slide against rocks and walla you have a leaf spring hanger...

I'd leave it square! The dumbass that put the chebby's in my old pick up welded them on backwards, so the slant was facing the back:lmao:
