I recently took delivery of a 88 runner needing some work! Just doing some of the 3.4l final assembly stuff for Spinal's 4runner. As luck would have it the wife and baby get sick so I have not had any time to be out in the garage.
The first project I'm going to start with is slightly modifying the ORS conversion harness. It is built to be a no brainer plug and play. ORS makes it the easiest way for the customer to understand by running some wires external from the factory harness for the 4wd switch and the reverse light switch. I'm going to tie these back into the conversion harness and modify the engine harness connectors to be a "plug in" to the factory 88 switches. I really like Mikes (ORS) harness and wish I could build them as clean. It is nice to see such care and quality. I hope to make it look just as good when I put all the loom back on!
