trying to plan a full skid plate that goes from under the transfer case to just under the carrier bearing with out clocking transfer case.... anyone done this? or can give me any ideals?

what kind of fab work can you do?
Yep, big piece of steel, a brake would be cool, a welder to fab some mounts and frame work.
given time im sure you could make something quite funtional and tough.

Like this? I have the piece that takes it all the way to the carrier bearing, but have not installed it. Really don't see a need for it yet. made from 2x3x.250 tube, wrapped in 5/16" plate!!!

You're going to need alot more HP to get that POS of yours to move with the 6" of dust covering it! :flipoff4:
