what trails did you run?
we ran Upper and lower Blueberry, Impossible hill trail, Bypass Trail, doe run (wrong turn), Cherokee ridge, Rock Swamp, Logging Trail, Rattlers' tail, Turtle, Squirrel trail, Trail 25, and a few others.
Basically we ran the easiest half of the blue trails...these trails will be run by one of the "moderate" groups for takeover.
The rest of Paragons' blue trails are gonna be another "moderate" group, these trails will be run by that group: Whompum, Rabbit Run, Sleepy Hollow, Headless Horseman, Wet Willy, Hummer Hill, Woodpecker, trails like that will be run.
Just trying to get all the trail plans ironed out. I wannna run each route with a group, make sure it goes smooth.
I STILL NEED SOME VOLUNTEERS TO BE GUIDES!!!! The routes will be pre-planned, so it'll just be following a map, and keeping the group in one piece, so if anyone is interested in helping out, let me know.

I just took over the Prez job at TTORA-VA. How many people do you need for guides. I'll help guide some groups during takeover. I think Jason (Beatertoy) is going to quide some trails.
What ever tails I can guild for you, let me know. I'd like to prerun them first.

If you need any help with the green trails, let me know. I am not sure if I will have the taco or my older truck.

I know most of those trails and would be willing to guide them. Maybe run the first set that you mentioned one day, and then the second set the next day.

I'm trying to assemble an army of people to cut a new trail at Paragon this Sunday. If anyone is interested, get a hold of me.

Nice pics. I'm ready for TO! So the trail systems up there are rated by color, I gather? Green being easy, blue moderate, black difficult?

Yup they are rated green 1, 2, 3; blue 1, 2, 3; black 1, 2, 3; and red (with guide only). It makes it pretty easy to stay within your ability.

Yep, except, this one side trail we saw was labeled as a blue 1 I believe and it was an off camber steep climb with a MASSIVE boulder in the middle that you would have to climb because it certainly wouldn't move haha. I think that was a bit more of a black.
