I just bought a set of 4 35x12.5 R17's, for $150. 95% Tread life

Anyone else ever use these or know anyone that uses them. They are going to go on my Dad's 84 extra cab, along with his 350/TH400/205 combo. He drives it on the road on the weekends, but not a daily driver.
Anyone got any info on the tires, or as to why they say "competition purposes only. Not for highway use". the tires Came off of a CORR truck, and were only used for a couple of hot laps. How do stickies do on road?

I was not aware that Nitto ever made "stickies"? Obviously they did for CORR, which is cool. "Stickies" are typically a much softer compound than normal, so they wear out VERY quickly on the street. Give them a shot, you sure as hell can't beat that price! Can you get any more?:D

a friend of mine runs the Nitto's,( A heep guy ) and i must say we were very impressed with them off road.
they worked better wet on the rocks than my Creepys and Dale's BFG Crawlers on Terminator and Anaconda.
the water did not seem to faze them. :2cents:

They say right on them, "For Competition Purposes Only. Not For Highway use". Plus they feel really soft.

Anyone have a set of rims for cheap that would fit this?
I am looking for a 17x8, with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern with about 4" of backspacing.

A buddy of mine has them. I was surprisingly impressed with them on the rocks and off road, but on road they're loud and they wear very quickly.

Awesome find for sure!
