are there places to eat near the camp ground or do we need to bring everything?
Since I'm flying in and probably camping I'll need to know what to and not to bring food-prep wise. unlike Mike Ross, I can't survive on junk food for 3 days ;)

Heck with this many guys camping and everyone packing too much stuff to eat (which we always do).
I'd say ya could eat with anyone, of course drinking their beer for the entire weekend probably wouldn't go over real well though. :D

Chris,

There's really nothing except for a few gas stations near Paragon. Hazleton is 10-15 minutes away, with whatever you may need. What stuff are you talking about? Spices, utensils, tinfoil, stuff like that? Don't worry about that stuff, I got it. You are more than welcome to use my stuff, I always bring enough for 10 people. It's easier for me to throw it in my truck, than for you to pack it in your carry-on. :D

What kind of food do you guys eat on these trips? Burgers and hot dogs 3x a day? Do you usually take time to cook breakfast in the morning? Sandwiches on the trail for lunch?

Does everyone do their own thing or do you do a potluck kinda thing?

MikeS.

Mornings are gonna be hectic, I never have time for breakfast
Lunch meat sandwiches out on the trail. At camp, whatver you want, chicken, pork chops, steak, and of course burgers and doggs. I'll have a big gas grill, anyone is welcome to cook on that.

The larger gas station(on the left) on the way to PAP from 81 has a Subway in there and some other stuff. 5minutes up the road from PAP is a grocery store and some parts stores. Probly take 20minutes from the Redridge.
