Donahoe - how'd you guys do? I didn't look too hard but I don't think I saw you on the starters list. Did you guys make it?

Dan, where were you watching from???? The chart says the truck died at 10hrs or so... That was the ET for the last pit stop. That puts them roughly at the hill at Simpsons... right in the middle of that nasty section we went through. How was it??? I was out shooting fish and speeding past parked boats that weekend. I got 4th in my tournament....29.5lb white seabass. I guess it beats the beating my truck has been taking. But, I can 4x my boat pretty well.... saw 38 knots running to make my deadline, in some ocean whoops... HA! you thought my truck could fly!!!

We were down by the ocean about 20 miles west of santo something or other....but I heard the donahoe guys were driving a ford?? or I'm on crack...both could be relevant ;)

That would be Santo Tomas... A FORD???? Dude, get a rope......I'm hunting for some lower arms... keep an eye out for me!!! Thanks. Paul. PS... I leave tues. for 6-8 days of diving, fishing and "driving " there!!!! Gonzaga thru San Fransisquito!!! Back to baja, baby!!!!

That's great!! There is a whole other world to explore down there... like 100 yrs worth of spots that no one but the Mexican indians have ever been to. The potential for exploring is unlimited. I'm looking to go again in Sept., too!!!
