Does any one know the gear ratios for a stock 01 tacoma w/ manual tranny? Also has anybody out there ever had a set of ground hawg mud tires? Are they any good?

So I used the search thing and did not find anything on Ground Hawg tires. So has anybody had them or know anything about them?
On a side note (oops is there a section set aside that I am supose to put side notes in) the reason I posted this in the tech section the first time was; I figured that nobody looks at the newbie section. Thus, my questions would not get answered.

I've never heard of those tires. have you done a google search for writeups or comments from buyers? Most of us here stick with the known brands of off-road tires like BFG or Goodyear, etc.

I googled it and one of the first things that popped up was an article about a tire recall on ground hawgs. Sidewall seperation, severe cracks in tread, good stuff like that. :eek: I think buckshots too. (Chris, buckshots and groundhawgs are redneck mud tires.) We use them a lot back home in TN. Cheap as dirt (at least buckshots are) but don't last for shit.
