I have a build thread HERE (http://ttora.com/forum/showthread.php?t=93683), but figured I'd post up some info on the Nat'l Board as well. I bought this back in February and began collecting parts for it. We started on all the work mid September, and she's been done for a few weeks now.
First, the specs:
'94 Xtra cab
22RE, 5 speed
Marlin Crawler Dual Ultimate cases (4.7s in the rear case) w/ 10* rotation on rear case
5.29s w/ detroits front and rear
HP 3rd in the front
MC SAS kit, TG knuckle ball gussets, custom upper truss on the front axle.
Longfield 30 splines up front (birfs and inner shafts)
Longfield Chromo hub gears (to convert IFS hubs to solid axle)
12" Bob on the bed
37" MTRs on rockcrawler steelies
Sliders, bumpers, and cage in the works.

Still don't have any shots of the completed bodywork on the bob, but it is done and looks factory.
