Just closed on the house yesterday. We will be living in Ravenna. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 2.5 car garage and enough concrete in the front to land a helicopter on. Thankfully they took all their furniture and crap.

congratulations! probably got a good deal too, with the situation the market is in right now. lots of room there to park toys!

Yep. Now I just need to start stocking the garage. First on the list is an air compressor so I can finish my half doors this winter. We've got some work to do before we move in though. We are going to paint everything, redo the bathroom, and get new carpet throughout. Then sometime this winter I need to insulate and finish the garage.
