Need some info

I installed my Weber 32/36 and it seems to be cutting out a little at driving speeds , thinking it might be a vacuum problem . Where does the vacuum for the timing advance run to ? Does it run to the only vacuum on the carb. ?

only vacuum line goes to the distributor

sounds like its too lean, needs a bigger fuel jet
