I'm having a hard time finding brush guards for my '05 also....I don't have a welder or the skill so making one is out of the question for me. I'm looking for black ones though.

Why the hell would anyone want a chrome brush guard??
Wouldn't you be afraid it would get scratched if you drive it through the brush?

Exactly why I want black. Get scratch->unbolt->rustolium->rebolt->done!

They really are not good for much except bling bling. You might have better luck with this question on the Custom Taco board.
