As most of you guys know my health has declined drastically in the last 2 or 3 months, apparently all complications from injuries sustained in my wreck.
I was considering stepping down and President of the Arkansas chapter of TTORA but after a long restless night I decided I just wasnt ready to do that yet. If my health declines further then I'll step down.
for those that arent aware of my recent issues here's a link to the thread on Marlin Crawler http://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=8127.4410

Josh , If it hadn't been for you this site never would have gotten up and going the way it has ! Glen , Sorry about your health issues and I really hope you get better soon but you know if you think you have to step down Josh would definately be the guy to steer this chapter in the right direction .

I agree with you and josh both. But lets just see what happens, theres no need in pusing him into the hospital bed.
Glen take care of yourself we don't want to loose you yet!

Glen I hope things improve.... I would second Josh for the president, but being a MO resident, I dont know how much say i have. and right now, I dont want to see you step down... you kinda helped get me to become part of this family, and i dont want to see you go.
on a side note, I do look forward to meeting all of you in person in a couple weeks, and glen, i hope you're going to be there.

Cory, you have plenty right to speak here for a few reasons,
a. you actually wheel with the northwest guys and not just web wheel
b. your only 37 miles north of the border and a good drive from any of the Missouri guys
c. at this time the missouri chapter isnt alive YET
d. you've contributed alot to helping the guys with parts and tech
did i mention you were NOT a web wheeler??

your kinda missing the point David, its NOT about the time you spend online chatting
this forum is meant to be a tool to coordinate wheeling events and clean ups, and to communicate tech and parts help.

thats why i wanted Josh to become the VP and am asking him to stay because IF my health gets worse or i'm hospitalized i know i can count on him
Vice Presidents job (among several things) is to take control if the President is incapacitated.

I'm NOT missing the point here at all ! I think whether your a web wheeler or show up at ever event it really doesn't matter , I'd help anyone in this chapter if they needed my help even though I've never been able to attend an event yet ! So who's missing the POINT ?

I'll be web-wheeling for the next five weeks at least. Good news is that the weather is lookin nice in cyberland :D
Glen, hang in there, man. You're a tough guy, and this too shall pass.
If need be, Josh can and will step up. Open up a spot for a summer Superlift intern, and I'll fill it. I've got some sweet wheelin planned. My tires might not make it to the end
David, nice meeting you the other day. Hope the axle works out for ya. Let me know how it turns out.
I'm off to Belize, fellas. Ya'll be safe, live long, and prosper

Man Glen! I was reading up on your Marlin thread. I didn't realize the extent of your heart issues. Dude, take care of yourself, we don't need El Presidente going anywhere. Keep us posted, but most of all, get well!
