Honestly . . . I'm sorry man, it's bootie fab, just like the flat bed that is on your truck. I know I am going to be the only one who is going to say it, but I have to do it.

the flat bed on my truck came off my 87 toy. after i sold my bed i needed something to put on it.I have already started on my new bed bumpers and exo cage. and the doors and sliders that are on the truck are more or less just a test set not the finished product .

its a start, however it does nothing more than regular doors, you cant see any better, or ill say, not as good as if you would have built something like this, well im just posting so people can see the chick again

Very nice, I like that door design very much. Also, I disagree with zszac, I think they provide a lot more visibility than full doors and due to the design you can still lean out easier. Wheeling in New England means mud, no matter how many rocks you have there is always mud, I like the closed area on the door, it keeps the mud from getting all over you in the cab, not to mention that having the door go that low keeps stuff from falling out of the cab.

Are you referring to the gaps in the weld and no backingplates?

No, I was referring to the second link, which some were having a hard time getting to work.
I've seen enough of deermeat's "work" to know I wouldn't want any part of it.

Love the doors and sliders. I'll have to come by and check em out the next time I'm home. Got a few future projects for my '00 I might need some help with.

i like deermeats doors as well just for the fact that they do keep some mud out but really open up visibility. heres some tube doors i made this summer http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a284/amatoer10/discussion%20pictures/P1010774a.jpg
and like intrepid said earlier, in new england, every trail has mud on it so even having that plate on there would keep the interior a lot cleaner
