Ok, so the time has come to replace my tires and I've decided to lift my Taco as well. I've done some research and need some input. I'll start out with my ride...
03 V6 4x4 Ext Cab 5 spd.
I'm intending to put a 3" lift on. From what I have read, the ToyTec lift is better then a RevTek, primarily due to cost and the fact that it uses AAL's in the rear vs. a lift block which can break and also cause Axle Wrap.
Now...next question I have is this. I'm planning on putting an All Pro Offroad Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, and Rock Guards. Due to this I want to know if any of you have experienced issues with sag and if I should change my intended suspension setup because of this. I'd also like to fit 33's on if possible.
Also, can you tow with the rear bumper that All Pro makes? I'd like to tow a trailer with 2 quads, maybe around 2000 lbs total.
I've done quite a bit of searching on this site and couldn't find anything that actually matched to my specific question, so if you have any info that can help let me know. Thanks!!!

is this lift solely for off road purposes?
AAL's suck go with a full leaf pack. Alcan can make you one or maybe some one else I love my alcans'!
yes there will be some added weight and you will need to compensate for this,
alcan will do this at no extra cost my leafs cost 600 or so to my door step.
towing will most likely call for a receiver call all pro and see what they say make sure that they also have the bolt holes in the center for the receiver to bolt in to.

Ok, what about All Pro's leaf packs? Since I'm doing the bumpers and rock guards I might be able to get a package deal from them.
I'll check with them as well on the towing with the rear bumper. Just curious if anyone who has one has tried it.

Ahhh....we see eye to eye. Just dont tell my wife :D

I have the AllPro 3-inch lift leaf packs on my '03 D-cab Taco (also added a one inch lift rear shackle kit from Toytec). And these leaf packs are awesome. I am not the only guy in my crew running them. We all like them just fine. Super flexy on the trail (you'll want ten-inch travel shocks), ride nice on the road, and they hold up to the weight of tube bumpers all around, full set of heavy BudBuilt skids, loads of tools, extra fluids, spare parts, a 100lb wood tonneau/sleeping platform over the bed and a full load of camping gear for two. I run Timbren extended bumpstops on my '03 to go with this setup and I am competely satisfied. Oh, and I run 33's too.
