You have a lift, tires, armor, stock gears, more cargo, etc.? The issue is that those get 15-17 mpg at most stock. Add anything to it, and it drops off. With the kit, you might see 2 mpg better, but the dog engine is still trying to push 5000+ pounds down the road.
The main reason for doing this mod is to save the wear and tear of the birfs. At least that's my reason for doing it. A little power kick is noticeable too.
From reading on Mud the ABS ceases to function properly & dash light comes on - general consenus is not to bother for the cost vs. gain.
