Too many variables to answer that question...
Mileage?
Tires?
Pictures and price are worth a bajillion words :D

Nah, somebody did a SAS on it. And judging by the fact they used warn hubs leads me to believe that they might not know "all the good parts" to use when doing a SAS. Warn hubs are poo compared to stock Toyota ones.
The fact that it's a 22RE is a plus. No 3.0 V6 problems there.
Extended cab would be nice, but not necessary.
And to add to Jordan's questions...
Lift?
Gears?

Unless it was imported from another country, but then it would say "Hilux" on it somewhere, and look alot different overall.

hmm sounds like an open diff to me, er atleast thats how open differentials and lockers are both designed to work. Both tires spin at the same rate when moving with equal traction (as in traveling straight on pavement) and one tire spins at a different speed than the other when cornering or when unequal traction at each tire (as in one rear tire in mud, one on pavement)
If you want to know if it has a locker of some sort, Jack both rear tires off the ground with the transmission in nuteral and front tires chocked. Spin one side and if the other spins the same direction there is some sort of traction aid, or locker. If on the other had you spin a tire while both are jacked off the ground and they turn in opposite directions, you have what is considered an open differential.
You may have found something here, but be carefull of what you buy. Know what your getting and research it. Be shure the sas was done with a quality crossover steering system and be aware that your buying someones toy. Just becous they built it dosent mean they know what they were doing.
