Transmission Work?

So does anyone here have a decent shop that will do transmission work ('94 4Runner 3.Slow) for a decent price? I'm slipping like mad and trying to decide if it would be cheaper to switch to the 5-speed and add a second t-case instead of screwing with a rebuild on the A340H.

I was talking to this dude about some work on a th350 but ended up a different route, seemed like a really good dude and he wheeled a full size, his price was good too.
