Chris, I want to pass this deal along to my chapter members who don't visit the national forum. I take they need to identify themselves as TTORA members to get that price?

ahhhh- now i get it!
According to TRD: It protects vital internal engine parts in challenging driving situations. Their heavy-gauge steel mounting plate reduces flexing during high-RPM operation and a double-locking seal increases reliability in high-pressure applications. A silicone anti-drain valve stays flexible at extreme temperatures and eliminates the dry-start wear by retaining oil after engine shutdown. Arch-pleated low restriction internal filter media lets the engine
pump more oil helping to protect vital engine components. TRD High Performance filters don’t just protect better they protect longer: their high-quality filter media holds up to 45% more dirt metal particles and contaminants than other leading brands.

Hey Chris,
I ordered the filters from you guys and whoever took the order overcharged me! He charged me for $55.71 instead of the $35.99 you advertised. I have called the phone number on your website twice and no one will answer the phone. I keep getting a voicemail service. What gives?!?

Follow up....
Finally got someone in parts and it turns out Barbera had already issued back a credit without me even asking her to. It just hadn't shown up on my statement yet. Good looking out guys, YOU ROCK!

Glad you're happy! It is a little awkward sometimes running our little TTORA General Store within a dealership parts department, and occasionally mix-ups do happen. Sorry about the mix-up, but we aim to please!

Just placed my order thanks a bunch on the deal. I was sort of confused with the part number though. I have done 1 oil change so far for my 2005 4.0 and the dealer gave me the D1 instead of the D3. I ordered the D3's

You are quite welcome!
Ok, so my filters made it to Visalia, but not to my house! Somehow they ended up in or with some lady's delivery across town. Her order was apparently for tupperware or something like that, so she was very confused to see Toyota parts. Thankfully, she was kind enough to call me at my number that she found on my receipt. So, I had my brother pick them up (I'm in Long Beach). I have no idea where the mix up took place, but I'm pretty sure it was UPS... I'm sure my brother (PaulW) will chime in with a better description; I only talked to her briefly. I'm just glad she called me and didn't keep my wealth of filters.
