Me and Michelle got slammed last Sunday by a Honda Civic. Michelle was driving since i had been drinking. We were on I-45 north coming up to Downtown. As traffic slowed down to a stop we stopped, I saw a car coming up really fast in the RV mirror and try to tell Michelle to get out of the way but it was too late.

I was leaning over looking through the rv mirror and Knocked my head really hard on the on the door pillar Michelle was sitting up straight and didn't get hurt just sore. I had a really bad brain freeze headache for 4 hrs and saw double vision for rest of night but thought it was going to be ok. Mon still sever headaches tought they would go away soon. Well Tuesday i still had bad headaches and was un-cordnated so finally decided to go to ER and found out had a bad consuision and function skills were still off so they made me take the week off.

Now shitty part:
We started calling insurance tuesday and of coarse they don't have inssurance. After going through police paper work cop screwed up a bunch. He wrote down wrong lic# on report (he wrote (439TWT)we looked through our pics and notice this (Lic# on car K84MWZ)) address comes back to a buss and has Houston as address but it's actually Spring. I've been trying to get intouch with the officer but called 6 diffrent #'s multiple times and some say he works there but when i call back they say he doesn't work that station and i call more stations and get run around.
I need to see if the DL # on the paperwork is even correct.

Lady's Car Her name is supposed to be Cynthia Saenz Martinez but still not sure. Address is 2539 Spring Cypress Rd, Houston tx which come back to Ropa Ltd LP Buss @ 2539 Spring Cypress Rd, Spring TX. I searched the name and came up with a address 1.9 miles away but still not sure if that's her yet.

Camry Didn't look bad and we were able to drive it home and looked like Camry had won

Got home and looked under vehicle and found all this. Missed bumper bar and when under us. Crumpled everything under vehicle spare tire space, exhaust and other stuff so not sure what they are going to do with Camry yet

What coverage do you have on your vehicle? I'd make my insurance do the legwork.

Glad ya'll are alright. Hat to say it but the are probably illegals. Do you have uninsured motorists coverage on your policy?

Sorry to hear that manny. most insurances require you to have uninsured motorist coverage so at the worst that should cover you. But just be glad you were not driving then you would be screwed. maybe the other person knew the cop and the cop put the wrong info on purpose.

The same thing happened to my mom about 10 years or so ago. Was leaving after dropping me off at my dads and didnt even get out of the neigborhood when a minivan with about 10 mexicans hit her by deciding to change lanes as she was pulling out onto the street. They didnt signal or anything and rearended her pretty good. The mexicans actually were up from mexico, just bought the minivan the day before and had no insurance or license for that matter. The cops actually pinned it on my mom for the fault too which was total bullshit.
