It has been sold Steve does not own it anylonger!!! A guy from Florida bought it and Steves house. Same name and rules nothing else has changed as of yet.

Kind of sad in a way, kind of not :D Cranky SOB

Does Steve still live there and does he run it? Just under different ownership?

I assume since the house was part of the deal Steve wont be around much longer.

No Steve does not have any part with it now. He has 25ac's on the Mt and is building a house up there. He also has the 5ac right there beside the camp ground, It's the field on the other side of the little creek/ditch by the primitive sites. Hes building a shop on that land.
