The truck is a 06 tacoma offroad (bone stock). Recently the truck developed a squeak from the drivers side front wheel that would speed up/slow down with wheel rotations. Once the brakes are applied the noise would immediately stop. In an attempt to solve the issue i replaced the pads making sure to check the pins/clips/anti squeak gel ect. After the pad change the squeak went away for about 300 miles, but it is now back. Any ideas?
found some time the other day and slapped some new rotors on the front. seems to have been the cure.
