Looking to get some heavy duty all weather floor mats. Have looked at the Husky and Weather Tech ones. Recommendations/ reviews will be appreciated. Especially interested in the molded styles.
Husky's have a lip as well. Might not be the same as weather tech's, but I spilled an entire cup of coffee on the passenger side mat. Just pulled the mat out and dumped it no harm done. They fit great too.
I picked these michellen (sp) ,you know the tire people, ones at pep boys back when i bought the taco. They kick ass and ive spilt a large mcdonalds coke in them and they held it all. Nice matts, pretty strong, and not that expensive if i remember.
i have a set of Mossy Oak ones that came from Bass pro Shops. they have deep ridges and i have had them for around 3 years and they still look brand new.
I've had huskys in my last two vehicles. They will always be in any vehicle I own. A guy that used to work with us had weather techs in his 2500hd. To me it seemed like they slid around a lot. Get huskys and never look back.
The Huskys they fit real nice but when the wife steals the truck and has the local car wash guy clean it he puts some "ooh shiny" crap on them and they get slicker than owl shit. I got my a$$ chewed for not appreciating her efforts, but she does not take my truck there anymore . Also the back ones will not hold a 32oz chocolate shake.
its an old thread -- but i have weathertech in my 09 sequoia and colin has them in his 00 tacoma... they're a perfect fit and seem to be holding up great. we are about to order a set for the '10 camry we just got as well.
Both Weathertech and Husky are good mats. It just a matter of brand preference and budget as well.
