I think you might rub the frame and the upper A-Arm with stock rims, not entirely sure, but you may want to check on that. I think guys end up having to run spacers to keep the tires off of the upper a arm....ask Sloppy Taco/Chris, I think he ran into this problem after I told him it would happen...hahaha

Let us know what you find out, and good luck!

u can have my 225 or 215s if u want. They are about the saddest truck tire ever and its what it came with. They have good tread on them and are even WHITE WALL!!!

I have a guy who owns his own shop and will probably get you one of the best deals on tires. I don't know what he will charge you though, i can ask if you want. what type do you want?

I called on the tires man, I thought he could get a better deal than what he said. $910 for the Bfg's installed and $750 for the Swampers installed. He would have to order the swampers and it would take a week.

$680 + $60 for the warranty ($15 a tire) so $740 w/ warranty. Warranty jacks it up.

But yeah $910 for BFGs is insane!

With the thick knuckles on the fabtech lift I had to install a 1/4" wheel spacer to keep the tires from rubbing on the knuckle. I am not sure what would rub on an ome lift, 285's, and stock rims. If you want to try a wheel out and see if it will scrub let me know. Marshall jinxsed me...

where did you get them at? I mean if you start to look around these tire are about 220 a piece. I went to tire rack and saw them for 195 but you have 80 in shipping? Please fill me in on where you got yours at?

Basically, you needed more Backspacing (BS) lower number numerically. Stock Tacoma is 4.5" BS.
