too late,,, I was served legal papers about 2 hours ago,,, hence why I wasn't responding earlier. :( This holiday season is now shot to hell!

My fucking ex-wife has filed damn legal papers to take joint custody of my kids. If she succeeds, she'll prevent me from taking them with me overseas (which is out of my control being in the military). Basically, the bitch trying to take my kids away from me. Considering the paperwork I received, she's filling her lawyer with lies that are twisted so much, they're her word against mine. On top of that, the f**k rag has filed to go to court here in Colorado instead of NH where my lawyer is. Now I'll have to hire a new lawyer just to get the process transferred back to New Hampshire courts. Not a big deal if someone here wants to lend me $4000 for the retainer fee???

Now I'm pissed off that someone tipped her off to me having an unaccompanied overseas assignment and having contemplated having the kids stay with my mom and sister in Maine to finish out the school year here in the states. with that in mind, she's included in the paperwork that she should have the kids for the 12 months I'm on my "unaccompanied overseas assignment." F**KING BITCH!

I don't think she reads these, but I don't really "give a shit." I suppose I should delete that post since it's a bitch vent that shouldn't have been in here. I was pissed that night as I got the paperwork. I've thought more about it and things won't be that big of a deal. I should be able to get it transfered to NH were it should be and let my lawyer take care of the rest of it. I think I've got enough paperwork to prevent her from getting joint custody and while I'm in court, I mind-as-well get child support from her.

Everyone chill and just be happy fur what they have ur don't have I guess whatever yur perogative is. HAPPY THANKSGIVING and drink a little with a side of eating to get through the day with yur beloved but disfunctional families... There's a reason we all end up the way we are :D

If it's any consolation,, I didn't take what you said as being rude. In fact, It had kinda toned me down because I never considered that she might look on here for information about me. That's how much of a bitch she is.
