It's tough to choose just one. For it's closeness I like Eagle Rock but I think my overall favorite thusfar would have to be Carnage. Challenging for almost anyone and the only trail I've ran so far that really tests out LtlRed's capabilities. Now to hit some more trails and see if this all changes. :D

I like Medano Pass, just 'cause it ends with the Sand Dunes, which are awesome. Plus the dunes are only miles from the town I'm from, and it's great camping up there

And early spring the creek is supposed to be almost impassable. There should still be designated wheeling areas there, though I haven't been since the big change to a nat'l park. You might be right. The trail is easy, I went with a buddy in his stock '91 XJ, but when you get to the other side of the mountain, there is a series of banked sand trails that you can sort of slalom down. Had a good time. Our buddy was given a trail DUI by a cunning forest service officer though...

the "designated area" is a joke copmpared to the size of the dunes in its entirety though but yes you are correct there is a "designated" area for ohv

yeah thats a pretty place. Never finished the trail was just fawking around, altough started on the sand dunes parts versus where Jeremy started.

I like spring creek as long as you can get up there before all the Jeeps, and its a long trail... have done that one a few times. I really enjoyed the Carnage run last Sat., that was awesome. Possibly partially due to us having a good turn out. Middle St Vrein and Coney Flats is kinda interesting. We did Moody Hill and Crystal Mountain w/the rock quary today, that was cool... I guess in my mind nothing really beats Moab, but yeah... theres my :2cents:

Nothing to see here... Move along. It was a rescue mission with no purpose, but one of the best times ever :-)

For closeness and challange, nothing beats carnage. But Moab has my heart. I love Upper Helderado, Pritchett and Hells Revenge...

werd. I still need to raise my rear bumper and hitch and adjust my front bumper from doing my body lift 2 weeks ago. Plus my friends MR2 is a huge project that I need to get out of the garage but with single digit temperatures fahgetaboutit.
