How much for the bead locks the 5 with the one that needs welding? I doubt I have the funds to get them but it never hurts to ask.

I found some 16 bolt rings I may buy but I will still have to drill 16 more holes cause I want some 32 bolt rings.

The new unused set you were interested in just sold, sorry man. The bead locks I have left are the ones that came off the buggy, used. Set of 5 including hardware... LMK if you're interested.

The rear 3rd 4:10 'non TRD locker' ... is it open or what locker is installed?

And, that front 4:10 gear set will also work in my '99 Taco?? What mfr? Will this be enough change for 32s because my stock 3:58s are killin' me ... and my clutch w/31s? Are you going to compete in UROC?

I dunno about if the gears will work but 4:10s with a manual and 32s will be a an improvement. I want 4:56s for my 33s and im 5spd. I hate my 4:10s with my tires. Ive honestly considered going back to 31s with my gears. I hate it that much. I could damn fit 35s but with my gear ratio id tear up a clutch in a week.

Hey Ed,

The Rear 3rd non-TRD locker means it is open and without the Electric locker option - sorry I did not explain that properly in the origional post.

The gearing issue you have. I also had the origional 3:58 gears and went to 4:56's which allowed me to run 35's with the speedo almost dead on again. Changing to 4:10's in your truck would give you the ability to run 33's with a slight under read on your speedo and a slight over read using 31's. Your and my transfer case ratio's are different from those that came from the factory with 4:10's. The 4:10 gears I have are origional factory toyota (I doubt they are Precision Gear or any major brand name for that matter)
Hope that answers some of your questions.

The front diff I have has 4:10's already setup in it from the factory, so if Sloppytaco wants your front housing as a spare instead, you can just pop this one in without having to re-gear yours. (Just a thought).

YES - I am hoping to be able to compete in UROC next year, just don't know if I'm going to make it.

Ed,
Like what Jack said above about the front diff. I am going to use it to change the gears to 4.88's the 4.10's will not be used. Let me know if you want to buy the diff and when you get it in I can buy your diff.

They came off of a 2004 double cab and have very low miles/use. If you still want them I'll pay shipping.

It's actually just the ball joints. Thanks for offering to deliver 'em, though! That would be very cool and convenient. By the way, check my Kings thread. I posted a message to you there yesterday, regarding meeting this weekend. Lemme know what you think.

Jack,
I will be paypaling you some of the money for the wheels in a day or two, or maybe early next week. I figured that would be easier than mailing it. I just have to wait for the deposits to show up from ebay so I can use my checking account instead of my CC and they said that takes 2-3 days. If you would rather me not us PP for any reason please let me know ASAP by calling me or PMing me.
Thanks again!
