everglades ride. Truck was stock. All I had donew was sliders and racks. Even had 225/75 tires on it. Got a little deep and distribuor got wet I stalled.

Is there such a thing as a flawless wheeler???

I mean Darrick (aka Tonka Toy) was the closest I ever saw. Had 33's, IFS, F&R lockers and would walk up anything an SAS did in Moab and would never break a CV boot. EVER. (He'd skip up Potato Salad Hill like it was a walk in the park).

But aside from that maniac, I've never seen a "Flawless wheeler" :D

2wd..pismo always gets ya..almost rolled it..came down the bowl and started to slide left..gased it hard and kept it straight..was on 2 wheels at one point..but it puckered up my butt hole good..

rofl, i was too lazy to air out my tires in pismo when we first rolled in and i was following a lowered truck and i was changing the cd and i looked up and he was on his breaks so i locked em up, got stuck like whoa... haha, theres my story... i never aired down the tires that trip.. got stuck plenty of times...

Don't have a picture (maybe Ted does?) from Takeover when my superb clutch skills pulled me over a rock and put the left fender into a tree. :rolleyes: Fold in fender, broken flare and bumper bracket but mostly it was just embarassing. :o

Had lots of good stucks but don't consider them stupid. I'm just over ambitious some times offroad. .......Steve

id say that part of wheeling is getting stuck, breaking, crunching, or anything else that may come to mine. as for derrick, ive seen him do some crazy shit, never flawlessly, sometimes luckily! we all have our ways about us, some use the skinny more than others. i have busted stupid shit cause i was dumb, but i think i have my shit together pretty well finally. i have no money right now, so its time to break something big cause i cant afford to fix it.

I'm not a flawless wheeler. I've been stuck a few times, but nothing major, and I've busted a skidplate, couple lights, and a rack n pinion but no real body damage, which I am thankful for.

He's just lucky that was a 4 runner, ever try to climb out the rear window of a reg cab Tacoma in a similar situation to hook up a strap without getting wet.

Not really stupid, just not paying attention and horrible wheel placement.
What you can't see, is that I'm on slick rock, and there's another large rut in front on the passenger side. I didn't realize anyone was hangin off my bumper until I say the pic :rolleyes: ... I guess they didn't believe my "spotter" who said I was fine.

No, I meant that the truck was formerly mine, now someone elses problem, The next day, I got it stuck in my back yard and I said that was it, and traded it in a few days later

when i had my 83 i always had it in mud. whenever their was mud in az i found and owned that hole!!! ha! ha! but i came to relize every problem i ever had w/ol nesse was from boggin. now i don't even try to mess w/mud unless i absolutly have to go threw it to get to a trail. i've never had any problem other than that though.

No pics of me gettin stuck but me and a buddy went muddin and we found this "harmless" hole last thursday. He went first and had no problems, he went through the shallow side. I on the other hand went straight down the center and hit a runt and got stuck. I was up to the fraim in that hole in my stock Prerunner the day after getting my new exhaust installed. My buddy ended up pulling me out with his CJ7. The after pic of my truck is in my signature.

Shiloh Ridge mud pits are pretty sticky and that clay is a bitch. I got stuck at the bottom of the hill because the clay was so muddy and I had stock tires on a prerunner with no locker. Got pulled up a damn hill by a four wheeler.
