Okay I know this has been asked before but has anyone running bolt on sliders ever had any problems? Also Im torn between getting a demello rear or CBI rear bumper. I know a couple guys who run the demello but have never seen a CBI in person. Any ideas? suggestions? thanks

If you bolt and unbolt them quite a bit, and you beat the crap out of 'em like me, they get harder and harder to line up the holes each time. Otherwise I love them.

i've got bent-up bolt on sliders and love them, i've never had a problem. I've even had the truck on a 4 post lift just on the sliders. If you want to wait a month or so, you will actually get to see a CBI double tube bumper in life, i placed my order today. Steve was a really nice guy to work w/.

How much was your CBI bumper if you don't mind me asking?
Did you get it raw or powdercoated?

Hey man, I've got a Demello rear bumper and it is nice. I love it, but, I think I could have done better on the price if I were a little more patient.

the entire bumper w/ all the bells and whistles, license plate holder/ tow hitch, shackles, powder coating, and shipping was 725. He quoted me a cheaper bumper for the same for a 525. It was just a different design.

Wow. I love the CBI bumpers but that's more than my bull bar cost. My wife is going to kill me next year when I break the news to her. :D

How long were you in? Right now I'm in 2/29 and work at the night infiltration course. I spent 1 year in Korea and 5 years in the 101st Airborne.
I'm about to change MOS's to something less likely to get me shot again. :D

I was in for 5 years. I was stationed there at benning the whole time with 1-30 INF as a medic permanently attached to a Mech Inf company. Spent about a year in Kosovo, a month or so in Egypt, and almost a year in Iraq. My MOS didnt keep me out of trouble as much as i would have liked but good times nontheless!!!
